Sundial Coffee & Tea is the perfect venue for an intimate event located in the heart of Surf City, North Carolina. Whether you have a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, or small wedding, we’re able to accommodate your needs beautifully.
Our cozy meeting space is located at our new location on the mainland of Surf City. This space can be reserved on an hourly or daily basis during our regular business hours for meetings, planning sessions, presentations, classes, small group meetings, and more.

CAPACITY: Seating for 8 at our roomy conference table is available.
INVESTMENT: $45 for a two hour reservation. Each additional hour is just $15.
WHAT'S INCLUDED? Features include WiFi & a smart TV for casting presentations or photos.

CAPACITY: 25 attendees is best to ensure comfort & maneuverability.
INVESTMENT: A $225 non-refundable reservation fee includes the first two hours. Every additional hour costs $75 if needed. 45 minute setup and cleanup times are included.
WHAT'S INCLUDED? Full barista service to assist in set-up, drink service, anything you may need behind the scenes, break-down and cleanup.

Can we bring our own decorations?
We'd love for you to decorate! Be sure to use things like painter's tape or similar alternatives so the wall paint stays intact. Thanks!
What if I have more than 25 people?
No problem. Our maximum is 45 guests however seating is only guaranteed for 25 guests.
Can we bring outside food to our event?
For conference room reservations, outside food is not permitted during regular business hours.
When booking the entire shop, yes as it is after hours! Just know, our bakery does pre-orders.
How much time do we have for set-up and breakdown?
45 minutes before and after your event are included for set-up and cleanup.
